This is a license agreement between you and FloralPics.com that explains how you can use photos that you license from FloralPics.com. By downloading content from FloralPics.com, you accept the terms of this agreement.
We use reverse image searching bots online to make sure all uses of our images across the internet
are in accordance with the terms listed on this page. Legal action will be taken against those found in violation.

Purchased files may be used in print and/or online. Image files may be used in print and online for the purpose of selling pictured arrangements OR as a part of promotional and marketing efforts. |
NO 2
The image files may be used by one business per purchase. If you operate multiple different URLS or businesses, you'll need to purchase the file separately for each one (though, bulk discounts may be available by contacting us). |

Image files cannot be shared with other shops or businesses. Feel free to tell them about us, but they'll need to purchase a copy of each file they would like to use. |
NO 4
While the images can certainly be used to sell flower arrangements (that was, in fact, the original purpose of this site) the images themselves and associated files cannot be resold in print or online. |
NO 5
The image files cannot be purchased for use by any shop, website, or business located in or marketing to San Diego County. |

All of the licensed content is owned by either FloralPics.com or the partner florists who supply the content. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved by FloralPics.com and the content suppliers. Attribution. You do not need to include a photo credit for commercial use. |

FloralPics.com does not offer refunds or re-credits for downloaded files. File returns will only be considered based on technical issues with the file at the sole discretion of FloralPics.com. All requests for refunds/cancellations must be made in writing, and submitted to [email protected]. If the request is approved, FloralPics.com will issue a credit to your account or credit card. In the event of cancellation, your rights to use the content terminate, and you must delete or destroy any copies of the content. |

You agree to pay and be responsible for any and all sales taxes, use taxes, value added taxes and duties imposed by any jurisdiction as a result of the license granted to you, or of your use of the licensed content.
